Happy Holidays to you and your families!!!

It’s crazy to think that Christmas and New Year’s is only weeks away!

Just a reminder that the reporting period for CEU’s is from January 1, 2020 – December 31,2021.  Click here for more information.  We do have one scheduled for this Wednesday 12/15 at noon, ‘The History of Performance Textiles’. Click here for more information and to register.

2020-21 Curated ASID Member CEU Package

Looking for content to fulfill your ASID member CEU requirement? ASID has made it easy for you to get started and earn all ten CEUs required with a brand new curated package featuring programs from ASID and the ASID Foundation. Highlighting the “best of” ASID CEUs produced over the past year, this curated collection will allow you to fulfill your continuing education requirement and learn from ASID Research, ASID Foundation grantees, and expert speakers from the ASID 2021 Virtual Conference. This special package for ASID members will be open for registration only through December 31, 2021.

The ASID Student Portfolio Competition is Back

ASID honors and recognizes the talent and innovative thinking of interior design students and seeks to elevate your opportunities in the interior design industry. Generating the best collection of student design projects in the nation, the ASID Student Portfolio Competition (SPC) provides design students with the opportunity to gain national recognition, earn scholarship funds, and make an early mark in the design industry. Sponsored by Benjamin Moore, applications are open now through February 23, and winners will be honored at SCALE: The ASID National Student Summit in 2022.

CEUs

ASID members must earn a minimum of 10 unit (10 hours) of approved continuing education (CEU) every two years. We’ve updated the instructions for CEU reporting that align with IDCEC’s new website to help you navigate the process.

ASID members are to utilize the Interior Design Continuing Education Council (IDCEC) registry to warehouse CEUs. Every ASID member has a unique IDCEC number to login into the website (your IDCEC number is different than your ASID number). The IDCEC user registry allows you to upload and track your continuing education activity as well as store a record under your account. Check your IDCEC account regularly to ensure your records are up to date.

Each year, ASID recognizes the exemplary achievements and outstanding service demonstrated by highly engaged members, chapters, student chapters, and industry partners through our awards and honors programs.
